Week 63: Olympia pt 3

Hello everyone! This week flew by! Nothing super out of the ordinary happened, it just went fast. It is starting to get cold here again, it's weird. I didn't remember it getting this cold this early last year. It reminds me of Port Angeles. With it being cold it makes you want to wear a bunch of winter stuff, but then when you bike it gets hot, so then it's just weird. Lots of tracting and visiting people. We also got our transfer calls this week too! Me and my companion are both staying in Olympia for another one! It will be fun. We have a good ward here.

General Conference is this week! I am pretty excited about that. General Conference is always an exciting part of the year. I look forward to it.

Anyways
Till next time

Primary Judges

"We love having your sons serve in our ward! Primary had fun with them today. They are great young men who serve cheerfully. Thanks for sharing them. Sister Klein (Olympia 3rd)."

Week 62: A Good Week

Hello everyone! This week was a fun one. On Tuesday we had interviews, which are always a good time. However, my mission president just got his hip replaced so it was one of his counselors that conducted the interview. It was a little weird but it worked out pretty well. Then a little later we got to do service for a couple people. We took apart a green house and moved a storage unit. It was fun.

We had some good lessons this week too. Our teaching pool is starting to get a lot better. All in all, it was a pretty good week. Not a whole lot, if anything, to complain about.

Anyways,
Till next time

Week 61: Oh an Email!

Oh Hey! Didn't see you there! How was my week? It was pretty good. We had to go up to Tacoma again this week for my companion's doctor's appointment. That was fun. I enjoy the road trips. Then the next day we went on exchanges. I was with Elder Thacker and stayed in my area. We biked around a bunch and visited a lot of people and found a lot of new people to teach. Our teaching pool has grown a lot over the last few days. It's awesome. All the hard work we have been putting in is beginning to show. We also helped with a service project this week. We went out and worked on a nature preserve, some moved logs and others uprooted some invasive bushes. It was fun and in a really pretty place.

Last P-Day we went on a hike! Right when we got to the end it started to downpour on us. It honestly made the hike more fun. It was cool.

Anyways, that's all for this week.

Week 60: Temple Trip

Hey everyone! This week was a busy one. We went to the temple on Wednesday! That was super cool. It had been awhile since we had been. The drive was a lot shorter this time coming from Olympia instead of Port Angeles. It was good to see some old companions again.

On Friday my companion had a baptism back in Belfair. We got a ride there and got to see it. That was cool He seemed like a really good guy plus almost all of the old Gig Harbor zone was there which was awesome.

The Washington weather is about to set in too, dark and rainy, which makes things fun. Especially on bike.

Anyways, that's all for this week.
Till next time.

Labor Day Activity

Week 59: Food

Hey everyone! This week was a quiet one. Not too much excitement of our of the ordinary went on. we just did a bunch of tracting and visiting people.

A couple days ago we went and helped a lady move. That was fun. She got a truck that was too small so we had to play a ton of Tetris to get everything to fit. There was a chair or two that didn't make it. Afterwards the family bought us a bunch of pizza. My companion and I misjudged how long we had in between that and dinner so we ate a bunch, then got changed and basically went straight to dinner. The dinner was at a members house who also got a bunch of pizza. We didn't want to be rude so we ate a good chunk of it. I don't think I had ever been that full in my life. Afterwards we had to go out and tract, and we both felt like we were going to explode. It was quite the adventure.

Anyways, that's all for this week.
